Had load of work over 18 months on my car at a cost of over 1000 within days of last repair something was was not right with the car and I rang Richard up explaining this to him rather than doing what most people would do and say bring it in he deflected any responsibility or good practice of customer service and suggested it was something that I was doing to the car by then attempted to review him on Yell as honest account and yell said because it was a negative review they would take it off irrespective of it being an absolute true account of my experiences Richard is very expensive not customer focused at all and doesn't like it if you take anything back if it if it hasn't been done properly.avoidUpdate ...bumped into him and the was aggressive to my partner. Definitely avoid
Richard provided a great service to myself. Juggling his work schedule around in order to get my car back on the road as soon as he could. Highly recommend.
