What a fantastic shop! This shop is full of beautiful wedding dresses and accessories with a wide range of styles and prices. On the 8th of January 2019 I've bought my wedding dress from this shop. The customer service was outstanding. The lady who served me was so helpful and friendly, an absolute star . She helped me to try on many dresses even when I was 95% sure that I loved the first dress I've tried on. The dress is absolutely stunning and I can't wait until the big day. I can't thank Bradgate Brides enough. I can highly recommend Bradgate Brides to any new brides. :-D
This was the first place I went to for my bridal fitting and fell completely in love with my dress. Jo was so friendly and really looked after me it made my day even more special knowing I had my dream dress. Thank you so much i felt very looked after. There were so many different types of dresses to choose from. Thank you Bradgate brides!
Visited recently to purchase two bridesmaids dresses, very mixed experience, served by an assistant who was not feeling well but would carry on!!Told have left it very late to visit after being advised when booking that appointment time would be okay. Purchased two dresses with delivery date a few weeks before my wedding, left feeling concerned and a bit let down.I wrote a very constructive email to Bradgate Brides about my experience, after about a week I was shocked to receive an email back from Jo which was both rude and very patronising.I will not be returning to Bradgate Brides to have my dresses fitted and I friend will be collecting them for me. If the owner of Bradgate Brides would like to see how her staff respond to customers concerns I can forward the emails or post on here.
Lovely experience, very friendly staff, they could not do enough. A large selection of dresses in two departments. Catering for bridesmaid s too. Certainly recommend without hesitation.
Very kind staff, especially Jo who helped me soooo much. They even let me have some time with my dress on my own so I could get to grips with everything that was happening. During that time I managed to calm myself, trust the decision and look forward to the event. Not always an easy thing for a soon to be bride to do.
